Here’s another thought, stop encouraging the spread of anti-intellectual prejudice and superstitious fabrications that are quickly slipping the US back to the dark ages. When an organization spreads mass information and incites violence against other sects of people then someone NEEDS to stand up and say this is complete and utter bullshit and correct those people who can’t think for themselves (see fundamentalist evangelicals). Your HUGE assumptions are based purely on ignorance and apathy, if you took the time to inform yourself on the science behind evolution you’d wake up from these misconceptions. Read up on any of these topics: the fossil record, near phylogenetic sequence similarity, comparative anatomy (Pentadactyl limbs, insect limbs, aquatic tails, wings, eyes, etc.), radiometric dating, and examples of evolution like the Hyracotherium to the modern day horse and modern evidence like the sympatric speciation of the Hawthorn fly. You’ll find the majority of informed citizens that actually take the time to get all the information, are not the ones propogating wars like the ones in Iraq. If you still have any doubt that religion isn’t to blame for the majority of the world’s strife, take a world history class on the last 2 millenia of wars. Then you’ll realize why I get so frustrated and disrespectful to people who are too apathetic or stupid to research their opinions and base them on fact. And I’ve done my homework on other faiths, I’ve read the Bahgavad Gita, the Upinshads, the Koran, the Bible, I’ve traveled the world and seen the similarities in the foundations of all the major religions and seen the fundamental flaws and discrepencies in them all. Islam itself can be interpreted in two extremely different ways, not to mention the myriad sects of Christianity that exist today. So don’t come to my website with your preconceieved notions about what you think you know about me and how you think I should approach people. You either take it on yourself to be an informed autonomous citizen, or you wallow in the dark with the rest of the masses. Just a fact.

I am not a religious person myself, but I am, and always have been, against the war in Iraq. However, I think that the creastionist museum is a great idea. Mostly for the reason that evolution is not a fact. There are way too many loop holes and ridiculus amounts of circular reasoning (I am a Biology major). Not to mention that “scientists” are making HUGE assumptions when it comes to evolution(not considered a good practice in the scientific world).
Also, people should be allowed to invest their money in their beliefs whatever they may be. This country has been built upon the possibilities of freedom, especially that of religion. The creationist Museum also gives people of other faiths the ability to understand those who may differ in opinion. I think it is very important to understand those who are different so that people may get to know one another and prevent irrational wars like the one in Iraq. Instead, people like you would rather mock them and insight hatred. While I think you are too narrow sighted to take this seriously, you could get more people to listen to you if you did your homework on other faiths and were not so blatently disrespectful of those who do not share your sentiments. Just a thought.
